Meet The Owner

Mr. Grover Shankle is a visionary and has been in management for 25 years for one of the largest companies in the country. He started working with a family construction company at an early age and this experience helped sharpen his skills for building and remodeling homes. His many years of management and interpersonal skills helped him to build a team of qualified and professional experts, capable of handling any project, regardless of the size or complexity. He has been building and remodeling homes for over 40 years. His passion for seeing someone's vision come alive has been the catapult to start GS Dream Services. Mr. Shankle created the company to bring homeowner's dreams to reality. Mr. Shankle and his team of experts can build a house from start to finish, update any outdated area, and create a luxury living space that resembles an oasis.
